Razed withdrawal times explained

Getting paid out

Start from the gap: Razed publishes no payout time. Not a target, not a window, not a maximum, for crypto or for fiat, on any page of the site or the help centre. Any specific speed you have been quoted for this brand did not come from the operator.

What does exist in writing is a detailed account of the conditions under which a payout can be paused, reduced or refused, and that asymmetry is the honest starting point for anyone planning to take money off the site.

Two gates before the request

The terms require the deposit to be turned over once before any payout can be requested (Razed terms and conditions, clause 12.5).

The AML policy states something stricter: that a player may withdraw winnings and not the deposited funds, and that anyone depositing and withdrawing without gaming activity will have the balance blocked until further notice (Razed AML policy, section 3.3.1). Those two rules are not the same rule, and the operator never reconciles them.

Practically, money you send and then decide not to bet with sits in a grey zone of the operator's own making. The same policy also requires the request to originate inside the account; asking by email or chat is expressly ineffective (Razed AML policy, Request for Withdrawal).

Processing against network

The crypto path runs from the cashier: choose withdraw, choose the coin, enter the destination address and amount, then confirm with a password or an authenticator code (Razed help centre on withdrawing funds).

Everything up to that confirmation is under your control; everything after it splits into an internal review of unknown duration and then a blockchain confirmation whose duration depends on the network and the fee.

The operator acknowledges that fee levels affect confirmation on the inbound leg (Razed help centre on crypto deposits not crediting) but says nothing about who bears the fee outbound. Because the internal leg has no published service level, a fast blockchain tells you nothing about total elapsed time.

On the fiat side, a card refund or a bank transfer adds a banking cycle on top of the same unmeasured internal step.

Thresholds

  • Fiat: 20 CAD minimum and 10,000 CAD maximum per transaction, with repeat requests permitted to move more than the cap (Razed help centre on fiat withdrawal limits).
  • Crypto: the minimum moves with the coin and network fee and is displayed only in the cashier, and the help centre asserts that no maximum applies (Razed help centre on crypto withdrawal limits). The terms contradict that by providing for amounts above a limit to be paid in instalments (Razed terms and conditions, clause 12.1). A large winner therefore cannot tell from the published documents whether they will be paid at once or in tranches. Progressive jackpot wins are carved out of the instalment rule and paid in full (clause 12.3).
  • Verification: cumulative activity above 2,500 EUR triggers identity, address and payment proofs before a fiat payout proceeds (Razed help centre on fiat withdrawal limits), while the AML policy sets its own due diligence trigger at a cumulative 2,000 EUR or CAD (Razed AML policy, section 3.2.2).

What delays or ends a payout

An identity check may hold a payout by express reservation (Razed terms and conditions, clause 12.2).

No payout is processed until the account has been examined for irregular patterns, and the operator keeps two remedies for what that examination finds: blocking access at once and seizing the balance, or closing the account and seizing the balance (Razed AML policy, Prior Review of Account Activity).

Requesting a payout also fires an automated check for linked accounts and proxy use; where a link is found across a person, household, address, telephone number, IP, family or device, all connected accounts close and nothing is paid out at all (Razed AML policy, Multiple Accounts).

A deposit flagged as unusual suspends the account until documents arrive, with termination if the operator is not satisfied inside 30 days (Razed AML policy, Unusual Activities). Redirecting a payout to a method you did not deposit from requires fresh evidence that you own it (Razed AML policy, Request for Withdrawal).

If the operator cannot make contact by email or telephone inside a fortnight of your request, the account is locked (Razed terms and conditions, clause 9.8), so a withdrawal placed before a holiday is a poor idea.

Refunds are limited to 24 hours from the transaction, stretching to 30 days where the account was accessed without authorisation (clause 13.1). Twelve months of inactivity makes an account dormant and attracts a 10 EUR monthly administration charge (clause 14.1), and any claim must be brought within a year (clause 15.1).

The independent record

Player accounts of payout speed do not converge. Reports gathered by one review platform include crypto payouts characterised as immediate, including four-figure sums, sitting alongside a player stating they had been waiting three months (Casino Guru). Those are unverified individual accounts.

With no operator service level to measure them against, the only defensible reading is that fast payouts happen and slow ones happen, and that the difference appears to turn on whether a review or a document request intervenes.

Complete verification before you win rather than after, keep to one account per household, and withdraw to the exact route you funded from; those three habits remove most of the documented causes of delay.
